This quaint little town at the mouth of the Columbia River has something for everyone. Quirky little shops, darling little houses, seals, piers, restaurants -- and it's just a short drive from beaches and parks, including one celebrating Lewis & Clark's winter away. I love driving across the bridge into Washington, where in just a few miles you can see two classic lighthouses. This box of 8 is primarily of spots in Astoria, but a few in Washington as well.
